I wish I could say I took this photo! It's called the blue eye of Cape Verde or Buracona. It's on the Island of Sal near Palmeira and the light has to shine just right to get this view. This photo was taken by Andrew Pescod. Incredible!!

- Family pictures from Brava Cape Verde from 40's-70's. Most of the pictures are from Lem and Nova Sintra. Our family names are Dantas, Pereira, Monteiro, Raimundo, and Socorro. My mom is the litte girl in all the pictures - and she was flower girl in alot of weddings.
